My career spans Enterprise SaaS, freight logistics, and motion capture — from translating complex software to end-users as a Technical Support Specialist, to managing key accounts as a Strategic Account Manager, to owning the full post-sale relationship as a Customer Success Manager at Vicon.
I build software on the side — not just to code, but because understanding how products are built makes me a better advocate for customers and a stronger partner for technical teams. My TMS project came out of real frustration with the tools I used daily as a freight broker.
I hold dual degrees in Movement & Exercise Science and Philosophy from the University of Northern Iowa, where I also competed as an NCAA football player.
